He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of FCSL Finance Company Limited.

Mr. Adetola Atekoja is an experienced banker with over 30 years exposure and experience in Public Practice & Consulting, Industrial, Financial and Maritime Sectors of the Economy. He is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University (formerly University of Ife) and Harvard Kennedy School, Boston, USA.

He has several other sterling qualifications, amongst which are:

He is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation. He started his career in 1983 with the prestigious Audit and Consulting Firm, KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick Ani, Ogunde &Co) and left in 1987 as an Audit Senior. He Joined Inlaks Group Nigeria as a Group Corporate Finance Officer and later as Group Investment Manager in 1988.
He was seconded as Chief Accountant / Treasurer of First Aluminium Co. Plc (a subsidiary of Inlaks Group Nigeria). He was headhunted to set up the Corporate Finance Department at Kapital Merchant Bank Limited in 1993 and he became the Pioneer Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer, at County Savings and Loans Trust Limited. He worked at Marina Bank Limited and later at Access Bank Plc before joining Nigeria Ports Authority in 2006 as General Manager of Finance.

He was promoted to the post of Executive Director, Finance and Administration in 2007, a position he retired from after completing his tenure of office. He held Directorship positions in Lagos Channel Management Company Limited, Metropolitan Trust Insurance Company Limited, and Continental Shipyard Limited.
He served as a member of the Presidential Taskforce on the Port Reforms Programme of the Federal Government and as a member of the Federal Government Committee on Relationship with the Islamic Development Bank.
He enjoys Reading and is also interested in photography.

He holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and trained with the firm of Ernst & Young International (locally called Osindero, Oni & Lasebikan (OO&L) a firm of Chartered Accountants) where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May, 1993. He worked with OO&L for five years as Senior Accountant before joining F&CSL as the Head of Operations. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He has over 20 years experience in Finance, Accounting and General Administration.

Head, Legal & Compliance.

She is a legal practitioner by training, with several years of legal practice. She began her professional career with the Law Firm of C. I. Anyaegbunam & Co. before joining F&CSL in 1996. She presently heads the Legal and Compliance Department and her responsibilities include ensuring that the reporting principles and practice of the Company are in accordance with legal requirements and acceptable corporate governance standards.

Head Credit and Marketing.

He holds a B.Sc degree in Accounting from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye and M.Sc degree in Finance and Investment from University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has worked in various companies both here in Nigeria and UK among which are Zenith Bank Plc as Assistant Manager, Internal Control and Audit and Credit Risk Management; Marks and Spencer, UK as Customer Assistant and Akintola Williams, Deloitte and Touche as Audit Assistant. He joined FCSL Asset Management Company Limited (formally F & C Securities Limited) in July 2010.

Head, Operations.

He holds a higher National Diploma from the Yaba College of Technology in Accountancy. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Prior to joining FCSL Asset Management Company Limited (formally F & C Securities Limited) in January 2005, he worked in Bureau Veritas Nigeria Limited where he served as Assistant Accountant and Lagos Airport Hotel , Ikeja as Accounts Supervisor.

He holds a B.Sc degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun and MPA Degree from University of Lagos. He is an aspiring member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and (CIBN) Member- Chartered Institute of Stockbroker (CIS). He is a versatile fund manager with over 9 years’ cognate experience in the financial services sector. During this period he held several supervisory and management positions in a Mortgage Bank, Issuing House, and Stockbroking Firms etc. He has attended several training on Effective Portfolio Management, Significant and Technique of ALM, Treasury and Risk Management, Fundamentals of Enterprise Risk Management & Corporate Communication Standard, Compliance and Internal Control Management, Total Quality Management, Risk Management, Marketing and Selling principles, Time Management, International Trade Finance, Legal aspect of banking etc. He joined the Finance and Commercial Services in August 2014 as the Manager Financial Services.

Group Head, Human Resources and Administration

Holds a B.Sc degree in Psychology and Masters in Business Management from University of Lagos. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel management and an associate member of Chartered Institute of Management. He has over 22 years corporate experience, in public, industrial and private sectors, in the area of personnel development and human capital management. Presently, he is the Head of Human Resources, Administration, Training and Development units.
